Recently purchased a 2023, BMW k1600 GTL.
Now I'm looking for a luggage rack for the lid of the top box. Only thing won't fit in any boxes is my small tent.
I've seen the metal tube style racks for the earlier year bikes. But none for a 23.
I've found clear acrylic type racks for the 23.
Anyone using one of those? How does it hold up? I much prefer the old style made from tubing. Putting mounting holes isn't an issue for me.
I prefer to just buy one and be done with the project rather than buy stainless tubing and build one. Even though I have the ability.
I'm trying to do more riding and less fabrication these days.
