Two things I'm looking for on my 2023 k1600gtl.
An actual factory service manual. No matter if printed version or DVD or PDF. Format isn't important, just having one is. I'm not interested in YouTube videos of work. I want an actual manual with specs, procedures etc.
I do all my own work on my bikes, and maintain others for collectors. A service manual is a must have thing.
The other, is an extra key fob and even the plastic emergency key. As I only received one fob.
Kinda makes me nervous riding cross country with no backup.
I stopped in the dealer in the Woodlands on Saturday. And was shocked to be told almost $800 for a fob and emergency key. That sounds pretty high to me. Had anyone used any of the local key guys to duplicate the fob?
Or another source for them?
