We are spoiled by RV travel. Riding 2 days in 95+ temps to get out of Texas has lost its appeal. I plan to acquire a small 250cc dual sport for running about, and maybe carry on a receiver hitch on our Sprinter.

Are you guys through riding all together or just the long distance part?

We are moving on from active long distance motorcycling, so we are selling our two R1200GS bikes, both purchased new in 2015. Both are nearly identical, red/gray, loaded with OEM and aftermarket options, well maintained, good tires, never damaged. One is standard height, one is factory lowered.
Standard height: 46.6K miles
Low suspension/low seat: 37.5K miles
I don't know the fair "private sale" price. The average asking price for 12 comparable bikes on Cycle Trader is 12.6K. The J.D. Power NADA prices for comparable bikes are Low Retail = 11.7K, Average Retail = 15.5K.
