That's almost certainly the Blue Moon BBQ. And, there is a club gpx route, one of the better rides in my opinion.
However, I was going to ride up there a month or two ago and they were temporarily closed due to the construction on the OSR and scamdemic, so you may want to call them at (979) 549-4800.

Hey folks...kind of a dumb question but I am trying to remember a place we went to about a year or so ago. It was a BBQ place out in the middle of no where. In my mind it was somewhere North around Anderson. What I remember is a small building that was next to an abandon gas station. We ate outside on picnic tables as the inside was very small. If any of you can remember what the name of that place is or where it is I would appreciate it. I've searched my GPX files and I can't find it.
