The BMW Motorcycle Owners Association (MOA) National Rally has been announced for Springfield, Missouri for 2022. Considering where they have held the rallies in the past this is quite close to Houston! Google Maps says the shortest, quickest route is 654 miles and should take a little over 10 hours to get there (straight up I-45 thru Dallas - not recommended!). The better routes are thru Arkansas.
This is a great opportunity for people who don't have a lot of vacation time to take a long weekend and experience a national rally.
If you can take the time there is great riding in Arkansas (Hwy 7!) or is eastern Missouri (Mark Twain National Forest).

Online registration opens Jan 1, 2022. However, if you attended the rally in 2021 at Great Falls you can pre-register now for only $49 (member or non-member!). Use the link www.bmwmoa.org/rally49 with the code SPRINGFIELD49. I don't think they check to make sure you attended the Great Falls rally so try it out.
The regular price at the gate is $65 for MOA members and $85 for non-members.
