Does anyone have any experience with this new app? Willing to test it with a riding buddy or three?
The concept is a cell phone app that relays your position and voice messages thru a central app server to others who have the app and have 'joined' your ride. The obvious advantage is it is not limited by distance or line-of-sight. The obvious disadvantage is you must have cell phone service.
The app is available in the Apple iTunes store and the Google App store for all phones. It is quite new and I am not seeing any reviews for it yet. Interesting concept.
