I believe I used the AltRider Headlight Guard Kit on the GSA that I had.  It is a quick detach and you can get it with lens and/or stainless steel mesh.  I had no complaints.

From experience, find one that is either easy to reach the headlight lens behind the protector or easy to remove for cleaning. Protecting these expensive lens is important, but little is more frustrating than having a dirty headlamp you can't clean.

I’m looking for a headlight protector for a 1250 GS Adventure..not sure which one to choose....any suggestions..
