Anyone has experience installing new tires at Cycle Gear?

I have a K1200LT and has a single swing arm for the rear wheel. They charged me full price for installation and balance but they could not balance because they did not have the right adapter. Would not discount even though they did not balance. Ended up at BMW to balance it. Paid more to balance it than I did for the installation. Otherwise no issues. Had two tires installed for another bike there. Quick and easy if you take the wheel off yourself and bring it in. 

earlier this year CG in Sharpstown didn't even have a working tire machine, and yes, at all three CGs I've been to they don't have the hub adapters for BMW rear wheels.
